Film Description: In this 1971 Woody Allen comedy, the director stars as Fielding Mellish, a product-testing New Yorker who, in an effort to impress an attractive social activist named Nancy, becomes the leader of resistance fighters in the fictional Latin American country of San Marcos. The film not only points to the CIA as the true American enemy within, but also ridiculed the Cold War and the liberal left.

The selection of clips to the left show how the film deals with the above themes.
